Since the early 1900s, Black families have gathered on Martha's Vineyard — building community, ownership, and legacy in one of the few places they could do all three freely. That tradition never stopped. It grew.

Every August, the island draws tens of thousands of founders, elected officials, entrepreneurs, executives, artists, and journalists who don't come for a conference — they come because this is where real relationships happen. Known for being the largest convening of Black and Brown wealth and influence in the country each year, August on the Vineyard is bustling with fireside chats, strategic planning, deal flow, and the celebration of Black excellence.

Illumination Week, a tradition dating to 1835, is the cultural heartbeat of the season. It is a pilgrimage. Good Days Ahead was built inside this moment — deliberately. August 17–19. The height of the season. A room full of Black and Brown folks at the top of their fields, intentionally showing up for themselves and taking a moment to just be. Come fill up your cup at Good Days Ahead.
